The location of this place is wonderful, just next to the tram station and within walking distance of a supermarket and grand bazaar, had a great stay in winter and would definitely book again.

The location is good. The staff is general helpful. The wireless internet is convenient.

1. The hotel is old. Some equipment can be updated. 2.We lived in the 5th floor. Some noise came from top floor. We guessed it may be the sound of water tower in the top floor but not very sure. Although we graduately got used to that sound, it is still annoying.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful. the breakfast offered excellent coffee, cheeses, and local food with plenty of options to choose from.

My wife and I truly enjoyed being there, it's wonderful small hotel. The room was relatively clean but need to be updated and available with breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Dubai and Istanbul, Fatih, and the Cemberlitas tram station. This place was perfect for us. - I thoroughly enjoyed everything during my 2-day stay and can recommend Santa Sophia Hotel.

The beds were old and we could feel the springs. The hot water was sometimes cold. At night the room was too dark with probably 40W incandescent lamps.

Fantastic rooms! They are top-notch, with a stunning view that you'll love. Plus, the WiFi is unbeatable, and having a fridge in the room is a great touch 🌟.

We liked its location within walking distance of the the main tourist attractions: Aya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Museum as well as trams and buses, The staff is helpful and the buffet breakfast very good though it lacks cereals.
